Educational Qualification

Salary

The Customer Service Associate (Clerk) post carries the following pay scale.

Negative Marking

  • 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • No penalty is applied for unanswered questions.

Only the Main Examination marks will be considered for the final merit list.


Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of the State or Union Territory they apply for.

Applicants who have studied the local language up to Class 10 or above are generally exempt from the separate language test. Others must qualify in the Local Language Proficiency Test before appointment.
