যে সমস্ত প্রার্থীরা WB পুলিশ কনস্টেবল নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার সমস্ত ধাপে উত্তীর্ণ হয়েছেন এবং কনস্টেবল পদে নিয়োগ পেয়েছেন তাদের মাসিক বেতন দেওয়া হবে Rs. 23,700 মাসিক উপবৃত্তি ছাড়াও প্রার্থীদের মহার্ঘভাতা, বাড়ি ভাড়া ভাতা, চিকিৎসা ভাতা, রেশন ভাতা, ভ্রমণ ভাতা ইত্যাদির মতো সুবিধা এবং ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে।
