Job Description:
Infosys is conducting a walk-in drive for the role of Service Desk and Customer Service. As part of the Digital Workplace Services team, candidates will be involved in handling customer requests and ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The role requires proficiency in basic computer knowledge and flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests while meeting all SLAs related to turnaround time, productivity, and quality.
- Actively participate in team-building activities.
- Adapt to learning new technologies and business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to bring in process improvements and innovative ideas.
- Work from the office for five days a week.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (excluding BTech and MCAs)
- Experience: 1-2 Years
- Skills: Good communication skills (oral and written), basic computer knowledge, ability to understand process knowledge quickly.
