Job Description:
EY is hiring freshers for the Customer Service Executive position. The responsibilities include:
- Handling international customer inquiries via voice calls with precision.
- Managing online front-end customer service operations.
- Identifying and leveraging upselling opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 2 to 24 months of customer service experience (Freshers don’t apply).
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work UK shifts: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, & 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
- 5 days working on a rotational basis.
