- Fee Exemption: Women, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen (ESM) candidates are exempted from the application fee.

- Candidates born not before 02-08-1994 and not later than 01-08-2006 are eligible to apply.
- Maximum Age Limit for Stenographer Grade D: 27 Years
- Candidates born not before 02-08-1997 and not later than 01-08-2006 are eligible to apply.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per rules.

- Educational Requirement: Candidates should possess a 12th standard or equivalent qualification.
