🎓 NABARD Development Assistant 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Development Assistant (DA): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) from a recognized University/Institution.
• Development Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor’s Degree in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subject with minimum 50% marks, OR Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi & English as main subjects with 50% marks.
• Knowledge of word processing on PC is mandatory.
• Ability to translate between English & Hindi for DA Hindi posts.

Ex-Servicemen:

• Must be graduate or passed matriculation equivalent with at least 15 years of defence service.

Language Proficiency:

• Candidates must be proficient in the official language of the State applied for (read, write, speak, understand).

Desirable:

• Computer application knowledge
• Proficiency in State’s official language
