Eligibility & Qualifications
Each post has its own minimum educational and skill requirements:
- FDA / Court Clerk / Revenue Inspector: Any degree from recognized university
- SDA: PUC / 10+2, OR 3-year Diploma, OR 2-year ITI, OR 2-year Vocational Diploma
- Junior Officer (Marketing): Degree + PG Diploma / MBA in Marketing
- Sales Representative: Any degree
- Operator (Semi-Skilled): SSLC + ITI / NATS pass in relevant trade
- Junior Programmer: B.E/B.Tech (CS / Electronics) OR MCA
- Assistant / Junior Assistant: Degree / PUC / 10+2
- Assistant Accountant: B.Com or equivalent + computer knowledge
- Conductor (Nirvahaka): PUC / 10+2 + valid Conductor license, badge, physical standards
- DTE – FDA & SDA: same as above (degree / PUC / Diploma / ITI)
Additionally, computer skills and Kannada language proficiency are often required.

- Navigate to “Recruitment – Kalyana Karnataka Cadre 2025”
- Register / Login with valid email and mobile number
- Fill in the application form with personal, educational, and reservation details
- Upload scanned documents: photo (50–200 KB), signature (50–70 KB), required certificates

Selection Process & Exam Details
Written Exam (OMR / Offline)
- All posts will have a common exam comprising:
1. General Studies
2. Kannada & English
3. Computer Knowledge
4. Subject-specific questions (depending on post) - Negative marking: ¼ mark for each wrong answer
- Qualifying criteria: At least 35% overall (for most posts); for KKRTC Conductor, 30% minimum qualifying marks
- Physical / Licensing / Standard Tests: For Conductor posts, candidates must satisfy height, license, badge, etc.
- Special computation for Conductor posts: 75% weight from written exam + 25% weight from qualifying exam marks
Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates based on exam scores will be called to produce original documents such as educational certificates, reservation certificates, 371J local status, etc.
Final Merit & Appointment
Final selection will consider:
- Exam performance
- Reservation norms
- Kannada language test (if required)
