Job Role – Executive

Selected candidates will serve as Executives responsible for promoting financial literacy, digital banking, and IPPB services at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and promotion of IPPB products.
• Conduct financial awareness and customer engagement programs.
• Coordinate with Postmasters and DoP officials for customer onboarding.
• Manage lead generation, service delivery, and local operations.
• Support the digital and branchless banking expansion mission.

Salary Structure

• Fixed Pay: ₹30,000 per month (inclusive of deductions and allowances).
• Performance Incentives: Based on individual and branch performance.
• No additional allowances (HRA, TA, DA) are applicable.

Tenure of Engagement:

• Initial contract: 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
• Engagement will not lead to regular absorption in IPPB.
• Two consecutive poor performance reviews may lead to repatriation to DoP.
