• Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree (Preference for Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, Management, etc.)
• Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Graduate with 50% marks in aggregate.
• Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer):
  • IT Officer: B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/Electronics.
  • Chartered Accountant: CA/CFA.
  • Law Officer: Degree in Law with 50% marks.
  • Treasury Manager: MBA in Finance/CA.
  • Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing.
  • Agriculture Officer: Graduate in Agriculture/related field.
