💼 Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary consisting of:
- Basic Pay: ₹21,000/-
- Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA): As applicable
- Special Allowance: 5% of Basic Pay
- Annual Increment: 3% on successful completion of each tenure year
This pay structure is applicable throughout the contract duration and subject to performance and renewal guidelines.
